For the mobile app “Quiz for MLB”
Ap Runner (“we”) provides the mobile application “Quiz for MLB” (the “App”) for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address. The App has no account registration or login.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following:
Quiz results, stage progress, and settings are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.
The App may ask you to rate it on the store, using the review feature provided by the operating system (Google Play In-App Review or Apple SKStoreReviewController). Whether you have been shown the prompt is recorded only on your device; we do not receive your rating or review text in any form that identifies you.

For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, the App requests consent for personalized advertising through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your consent choices at any time from the App’s settings screen. On iOS, the App requests tracking permission via the AppTrackingTransparency framework; all features remain available if you decline.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App is an entertainment trivia quiz about the history, rules, records, ballparks, and notable episodes of Major League Baseball. Its content is provided for general entertainment and trivia purposes only. Facts, statistics, and records are simplified for a quiz format and may change over time as records are broken, rules are amended, or historical research is revised; the App does not guarantee that its content is complete, definitive, or always up to date, and it must not be relied upon for betting, fantasy sports, or any other decision. The App is an independent, unofficial fan product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, any MLB club, the Major League Baseball Players Association, or any player, coach, or official. “MLB”, “Major League Baseball”, “World Series”, and all club names, logos, and other marks mentioned within the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, descriptive, and trivia purposes. The App contains no official logos, uniforms, or photographs. Names of real people appear only in connection with their publicly documented professional achievements and records.
We take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or leakage of the information handled by the App.
This Policy may be revised without prior notice due to changes in laws or in the App’s features. The revised policy takes effect once posted on this page.
